At this year’s LogiMAT, Mushiny demonstrated a fully automated parcel feeding and tote exchange process featuring the flagship 3D Sorter Max working in close collaboration with an embodied humanoid robot. The live presentation highlighted the expanded automation capabilities of the 3D Sorter Max solution across the entire sorting workflow.
During the demonstration, the humanoid robot handled automated parcel feeding, delivering items to the 3D Sorter Max for high-speed three-dimensional sorting. After the totes reached capacity, the robot seamlessly performed tote exchanges, enabling continuous system operation without interruption. This collaborative scenario showcased a significant enhancement to the 3D Sorter Max platform—extending its role beyond sorting to deliver a truly end-to-end automated solution.
Leveraging embodied intelligence technologies, the robot demonstrated the ability to continuously learn and adapt to real-world warehouse environments. It performed tasks such as product identification, handling, and tote exchange with flexibility and precision, supporting high-frequency, high-accuracy logistics operations.
In this collaborative model, the system can adapt to a wide range of warehouse tasks, including automated parcel feeding, efficient handling, and intelligent tote exchange, delivering greater efficiency and continuity throughout the sorting process. As the technology continues to evolve through ongoing training, the solution offers strong generalization capabilities and can be deployed across diverse industries—including apparel, e-commerce and retail, cosmetics, consumer electronics, general merchandise, and pharmaceuticals—enabling efficient, cross-scenario smart warehousing.
Looking ahead, Mushiny will continue to advance the integration of the 3D Sorter Max solution with intelligent automation technologies. Through an open robotics hardware platform and software ecosystem, the company aims to collaborate with global partners to explore new applications in smart warehousing, providing customers with more efficient, flexible, and sustainable logistics automation solutions.
