The primary objective of this project is to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of e-commerce warehouse operations. By integrating advanced automation and intelligent technologies, we aim to streamline processes, reduce labor costs, and improve inventory management.

The AGV system is designed to automate the movement of goods within the warehouse, minimizing human intervention and maximizing productivity. The system consists of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that transport inventory from storage areas to designated workstations, reducing the time and effort required for manual handling.

The implementation process involved several key stages, including on-site surveys, detailed design, software and hardware development, hardware installation, testing, and training. Despite challenges posed by the global pandemic, our team successfully completed the installation and testing of the AGV system within a short timeframe.
